There is a wall dividing the living area where the sofa-bed is , and the “room” side where the bed is on the other side.

So it’s considered a studio since there is no full seperation of a door.

Other things to note

Hi!

Here are some suggestions about the neighbourhood:

The nearest supermarket is Wallgreens on 14th street and Collins Avenue.

(publix on 6th and lenox Avenue is much bigger if you have a car or taking an UBER)

Lincoln Road mall, is a short walking distance,

Has 150 plus restaurants, shops & cafes. is a large outdoors strip very nice to walk around do shopping, and some Great restaurants.

Ocean drive is nice to walk in front of the beach, through the bars and restaurants, but the restaurants sometimes can be overpriced for the value compared to Lincoln Road.

A few places I reccommend that have Great food , and good happy hours are.

1.

“Yard House” (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) Lenox avenue.

50% off menu $2 off beers, Great food. Very well priced during happy hour especially.

Monday -Friday 3-6pm

And late night happy hour

sunday-wednesday 10pm -1am

*it’s probably best choice for late night Dinner/drinks with friends or for 2 from the list.

2. "Bodega" Happy hour(in the back bar)6-8pm

2$ tacos

(And half off drinks)

It’s also a club at night, busy especially on the weekends.

(Good spot to go with friends or alone, seat on the bar in the back great vibes &music, well priced during Happy hour)

7days a week happy hour, located on 16th street &alton Road’s corner.

Ricky’s and Halves&Wholes next door are also good for food! And ricky’s is a bar too.

La Sandwicherie! Iconic spot, 

Delicious French style delivery sandwiches, on 14th between Collins and washington ave. reasonably priced (no HappyHour)

Good for breakfast/lunch&dinner... and also late at night after going out.

The best clubs are:

LIV / STORY / Cameo / nikki beach / Mokai 

and some others

Depends on the night,

And to get in is always easiest with a promoter and you'd get the best deal you can contact "Popov" if you'd like

+ (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) Some casual easy going easy to get into, without expensive entry fee and Cool club/bar type of spots are

"Mangos" on 9th street ocean drive, and "Clevelender"

On 10th street and Ocean drive.

in South Beach, most activities are walking distance, and you can get anywhere walking around!

Beach / ocean drive / lincoln road / the restaurants i mentioned above ....
