Your fully equipped condo includes high speed WiFi and central AC Balcony:

Enjoy the balcony space to have fresh air coming from the ocean, chairs are provided on your private glass balcony.

Included are beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella.

Kitchen: Fully equipped to cook, refrigerator, oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and all necessary cookware and silverware.

Living room: Comfy sofas for 6-7 people, an electric massager sofa, 50inch TV, piano Dining room: Nice and spacious table with seating for 6

Master Bedroom : 1 queen bed, floor to ceiling window facing the ocean and full en-suite bathroom

Parking On-site: $50 for your entire stay (7 days or less) "Come and go as you please" or daily rate. Note: the condo also asks for a $20 REFUNDABLE CASH deposit in exchange for a self-parking gate-opener that should be placed inside your car. FOB keys: $20 per key which allows you to access the building and amenities (pool and gym) for your entire stay. The building requires you to obtain one access key for each 2 adults. This non-refundable fee is payable to the building and is not included in the price of the stay.
