Great place in the middle of all the South Beach action and in front of the beach. Very secure. Communication with host was excellent.

This place is right on the beach! Perfect location if you want to be right in the action of South Beach.  

Martin's studio has the best location in Miami! It's right in front of the beach and in the centre of the life of Miami. There isn't a view from the studio but it's literally a minute's walk to the beach so that makes up for it :) He also provides everything that you would need for you stay like beach towels which was very convenient! Martin was also very nice and willing to help with any problems in the studio.

Awesome location would definitely stay here again!!
