Location, location, location... Unbeatable prime location, walking distance to the beach, all restaurants and main attractions. Apartment is cute, simple and clean. Bed was very comfortable, so was the sofa bed. Martin is a great host who is organized, is a very clear communicator, and responds immediately to any inquiry. His local tips were immaculate. I’d definitely stay here again.

We booked this trip last minute and everything was perfect! Especially the location. We walked right across to the beach and to the restaurants . We parked our car in the parking garage and walked everywhere the whole weekend. Very clean and cute space. You don’t need much more for a beach getaway!

The trip was amazing but the host made it memorable! Amazing hospitality and is extremely helpful and flexible with any needs, would highly recommend this place! It’s an amazing location! In front of the beach and steps away from Lincoln road and amazing restaurants!

We had a great time at Martin's place. It was our third time to Miami and this was by far the best spot. The location was perfect. Across the street from South Beach, can't beat that. We parked our car in the ramp on Collins and 13th and did not use it until we had to go home. Everything was with in walking distance. Great food and great entertainment and of course, the beach. The place was clean and we had everything we needed. I hope to stay in the same location next year. Ian Grand Rapids MI

The location was steps from the beach and Lincoln Road. Very secure building and owner was very responsive and helpful. Did not run into and maintenance problems and had many great amenities in the place including a fully stocked kitchen. Walking distance from many great bars and restaurants and the beach. Would love to come back.
