STAY HERE. I got to Miami and needed to find a place to stay after our first Airbnb was terrible. We found this place and fell right in love. Teresa & Martin really turned our trip around. They let us do an early check in & late check out. The home was clean, had a beyond cozy bed, and in a GREAT LOCATION. We felt comfortable walking to and from the strip at night and they even offered a long list of things to do. We loved It here. I can’t wait to come back and stay with them again.

Great AirBNB experience! First of all, it's a great location in South Beach, only a few blocks from the start of where "South Beach" begins on Ocean Drive. There's a free parking space but everything is within walking distances including great shopping and dining, particularly to the south so you don't need to rent a car if you intend to stay in South Beach. Plenty of options for food and drinks if you want to avoid the Ocean Drive "scene". The apartment is modern, spacious and sparkling clean. It's a very quiet neighborhood too, where you can relax and decamp from a hard day at the beach without the craziness of South Beach interrupting. There's no central A/C but the window A/C is powerful enough to cool the entire apartment. In summary, I will definitely look to book again when I book my next trip to South Beach.

Amazing place, literally 2 blocks away from everything. beautiful place. Very nice neighborhood. Host were super awesome.

I loved this place! The location is amazing, it’s a few blocks from the Art Deco area and beach, steps from a bunch of restaurants & shops as well! Loved that you get a private parking space out front of the building, felt safe in the area walking. The unit it self is the top floor of the 2nd floor building, so there is a set of stairs going up. Has anything & everything you could ever need, I was amazed by everything they offered in the unit, was also bigger than I expected. The bed/pillows was super comfortable, had Netflix available and even a lil hot plate Incase you need a burner to cook (which is rare for most Airbnbs without a stove). Super great stay, I would totally book this place again without a second thought, wish I could have stayed longer!

Martins place is super cozy yet stylish and super clean , not to mention in a great I mean great location with cute restaurants, yoga and massage places even a laundromat all just steps away. . . If I ever come back im definitely going and hoping to stay at Martins place.
