Excellent location right on Collins Ave. Clean place with great pools and beach access. Jessica was very helpful when we had questions. The only issue we had was that the condo office was closed on Memorial Day so couldn't get cards to get into the building and pools for the better part of a day.

The best location you can find in Miami Beach. The Roney Palace is part of the Hotel1 and all its facilities are available. Great pools, awesome rooftop and a cheap beach service. 2 minutes walk from W Hotel and 5 minutes from Setay. There's a a small supermarket right across the street. No wardrobe, but ample studio apartment. Stunning view of Miami sunset.

Great place. Beach beautiful. Pool beautiful. Property Gym is fantastic!! Easy Walking to Lincoln Road, Espanola Way, Art Deco District and so many great restaurants. Spacious interior. Full Kitchen.

Martin was great! He met me right on time for check in and gave me a tour of the grounds. Roney Palace is a great location for beach access, restaurants, bars, etc. Roney is connected to 1Hotel. Your key card gets you access to all the pools. Also, present your key card for towels at the pool. 1 Hotel’s rooftop was nice...but you need to go after 6pm when it opens to the public. The condo was fine, but the main selling point is the location and access to 1hotel pools. Also, Martin was a helpful host for area tips, etc.

Great place the proximity was amazing, only a few blocks from Lincoln Road and Joe and the juice which is my favorite fresh vegetable juice place in the world, the beach and the pool amenities were also perfect, Marin was amazing and very responsive to every little thing we needed!
