Highly recommend to stay there, a great view from the pool area. Walking distance to everything.

Really close to the beach, but hotel VERY loud until around 4 in the morning every night, and hotel maintenance was very sketchy. Also note that you do not have a balcony like the surrounding rooms do, and there is no ocean view, but the hotel is on the ocean front so once you walk outside you’re on the beach at least.

Martin’s place was just what we needed. Its location is perfect. We had a very horrible experience before getting to this location. He was excellent with getting back with me about certain things. If you are looking to be in the hype of Miami, this is where you want to be. Enjoy

Been staying in south beach for the last couple years and this was one of the best experiences! A little noisy because the club underneath, but overall was a great stay!!!! Location is awesome everyone was super friendly and communicated well!! Very happy with our stay!!!

Expect a great view, warm pool and friendly staff.
