Clean and bare bones studio in North Miami Beach. The studio is located on a pretty outdated building and it shows, but the hosts do a great job at providing amenities such as beach chairs and other items. This will not be similar to a hotel stay as it feels more like someone’s outdated apartment. Regardless, this worked out great for me and was good for my two nights. The beach is close by and there is a pool on premises.

The location next to the beach was excellent. The Free Valet Parking worked very well. But don't forget to tip the Valet-Drivers anyway when picking up the car. In the room are 2 beachchairs and a beachumbrella, that was very handy. You can also rent this at the beach but for a considerable amount of money ($10-20 per chair, $20 per umbrella)

Martin y Teresa son excelentes anfitriones el apartamento estuvo genial, todo salio perfecto, la ubicación es excelente, la playa es muy cerca, es un apartamento muy limpio y agradable lo recomiendo al 100%.
