This place is beautiful! The view to south beach and Lummus Park, is gorgeous, relaxing and peaceful. We arrived Sunday night, so the music below us was blasting (bearable), and didn’t stop until 5am. Monday night the music was not that bad. The accuracy of the pictures shown on Martin profile of this flat are on point. They did not lie. We used the kitchen, and everything works properly. There are a total of 3 beds- 1 room with a queen size bed, and two futons that can easily fit 2 grown people. Internet works great! This place was wonderful and very nice to spend with family. Another perk, if you like to stroll the beach on a bike, city bike rentals can be seen through the flats balcony or around the corner on 10th. Martin, thank you for being attentive and understanding! We enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying again!

Martin's place was great. Easy to get into. we entered from the back so as not to deal with Ocean Drive traffic. The building itself is quiet so you only contend with the club traffic noise. Everything worked fine and it was clean. Found cheap parking a few blocks away. Sofa beds were actually futons. BEING RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET FROM THE BEACH WAS AWESOME. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location! Martin was very fast at responding. Everything was nice and clean. Looks just like the pictures. We really enjoyed staying here, and were really happy about the location.

Location! Location! Location! Place was clean & met expectations. Teresa provided suggestions of restaurants & hot spots in the area... appreciated the extra touch! If driving, keep in mind public parking garage is 2 blocks away & charges $20/night.
